I was born and raised in Miami. As a young teenager, I was discovered by Eileen Ford in a mall, which led to a successful modeling career through my twenties. In the early 2000s, I transitioned into real estate, joining Coldwell Banker in Coral Gables, Florida, and launching a successful career. After moving to Wellington near West Palm Beach, I continued to excel in real estate, gaining experience by buying, selling, and remodeling multiple homes.

After raising three children in Wellington, I relocated to Tampa Bay 12 years ago, where I pursued a career in construction management, coordinating projects for builders. 

I joined forces with my husband Thomas, who is a successful real estate broker and executive with over 2 decades of success in West Florida,  doing business as The Heimann Group, powered by Realty Partners. 

I specialize in listing and marketing luxury homes in St. Petersburg, Florida, and helping sellers and buyers alike find their next dream home. While my primary focus is on St. Petersburg and my domain is jennifersellsstpete.com, my team and I at The Heimann Group assist clients across West Florida, from Tampa Bay to Sarasota.

In our free time, Thomas and I love spending quality time with our family, especially our two beautiful grandkids, and traveling throughout Europe every chance we get.
