Jeff Cook

Jeff is the No.1 Residential Real Estate Agent in South Carolina. His company is also ranked 11th among all other real estate teams in the nation. In the past three years, Jeff has increased his sales by 150% and plans to aggressively continue with company growth. In 2015, Jeff opened his own brokerage, making Jeff Cook Real Estate an independent agency. Jeff Cook Real Estate is now a combination of 9 offices in 5 major cities across South Carolina and has plans to be able to service all of South Carolina by 2025.
He also launched Jeff Cook Offers (JCO) in 2015, a sister company of Jeff Cook Real Estate. JCO helps people in distressed situations who are not able to sell their homes through the traditional real estate method. In 2016, he launched Rent Holy City, a full-service property management company. In 2018-2020, Jeff and the team received the coveted “Top 25 fastest growing companies in SC” of all industries and Jeff personally received the “Top 40 most influential person under 40 years old”. In 2019-2021, Jeff Cook Real Estate was named South Carolina’s Top Place to Work! In 2020, Jeff Cook Real Estate was also recognized as one of the countries fastest growing companies by Inc. 5,000. Jeff Cook opened three businesses in 2020, Home Warranty of America, American Financial Network, and We Insure- Carolina Insurance Planners.

Kris McDonagh

Kris McDonagh is Jeff Cook Real Estate’s Broker-in-Charge and VP of Partnerships. She has worked for Jeff Cook Real Estate since 2015 in a variety of roles including a top-producing agent, ISA Team Manager, Broker-in-Charge, and Vice President of Partnerships. 

She is passionate about helping others grow and realize their real estate career goals whether it be by helping team leads develop systems for their business, grow their team size, or re-structure to help their team work more efficiently. 

Kris leads a monthly training call with agents from across the country, coaches one-on-one with Broker-owners and Team Leads to aid them in growing their business and achieve their goals, and works closely with vendor partners

Whitney Muncey

After relocating to South Carolina from Virginia, Whitney joined Jeff Cook Real Estate in 2017. Previously in education, she has always had a passion for training and developing others and quickly found a way to incorporate this passion into her real estate career. Within Whitney’s first year of real estate she promoted to company trainer; onboarding and training multiple new agents monthly. Realizing something was missing, Whitney worked closely with Jeff as well as Broker in Charge and fellow Realty Partners Coach, Kris McDonagh to develop a training program that allowed for company growth and scalability while maintaining the integrity of the original program. In her time as the company trainer, Whitney successfully onboarded and trained over 250 agents while continuing to produce three times the amount of transactions as the area standard. In the last two years at Jeff Cook Real Estate Whitney has managed two offices and currently continues to manage the top producing office in the entire Jeff Cook Real Estate brokerage.
Every Monday at Noon ( EST) you can find Whitney leading a team rally call for agents across the country. It is important to her she helps others reach their personal and professional goals and develop a mindset that will continue to yield results on a team and individual level for years to come. Whitney’s top priority is working closely with agents and team leaders to sharpen skills, increase production and inspire a vision for culture and relationships.

Mike McDonagh

After a successful career in corporate sales, Mike was able to find his true passion in real estate at Jeff Cook Real Estate in 2015. After achieving the Rookie of the Year award within the brokerage in his first year, he went on to win agent of the year for the following three consecutive years averaging $16M in volume each year. Specializing in selling listings, Mike has grown from a top producer to Listing Team Leader for the brokerage, training all interested agents in how to market, sell, and represent our listing clients at an incredibly high level. In 2020 he helped lead the brokerage to list 696 properties. Mike regularly coaches one-to-one and leads training programs for listing agents both inside JCRE and for other teams across the nation. The methods and strategies he teaches help these agents reach new heights in their careers and achieve their goals.
